Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled because all goods are made to customer order. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Payment is through our secure online shopping facility. Monies will be debited at the time of order. The payment will include V.A.T. and delivery to areas in mainland U.K.
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Delivery is to mainland U.K. only. We do not deliver to: Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Eire.
All our products are made to order in the U.K. and we aim to despatch your order within two weeks of the order date.
An email will be sent to you, informing you of the despatch of your order.
Delivery is usually by a carrier using a three-day service, which may require a signature upon receipt.
We do not hold stock items. Everything is produced specifically to your order, therefore we cannot accept returns unless items are faulty or not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights.
